Passive fire protection is not a side business for us — it is our core expertise. For more than 14 years, our team has helped builders, architects, MEP contractors and industrial facility owners close the gaps that fire and smoke exploit: service penetrations, construction joints and openings in fire-rated walls and floors.
Our experience carries a proven legacy. The passive fire protection practice was built under Ekdant Enterprises, which executed firestopping projects at some of India's most prestigious sites — from World One Tower and Mumbai International Airport to Reliance Industries and Cipla. That entire business — the team, technical expertise, 3M partnership and complete project track record — has been transferred to Ecotech Innovations, which carries the same work forward under one name.

With more than 50 turnkey projects delivered across commercial, manufacturing, pharma and infrastructure sectors, our documentation, workmanship and system knowledge have been tested by the most demanding consultants and auditors in the industry.
