Plan, develop and direct Human Resource policies for the organization and implement procedures toachieve the most effective use of human resources to achieve profitability and business objective.

Job Description:

  • Control & coordinate activities for Recruitment and Selection of Candidates
  • Plan, develop & prepare the HR procedures and strategies for the organization
  • Control & coordinate activities such as personnel administration, staff selection & training, employee relationship, salary administration, employee benefits & reneviration strategies
  • Direct & maintain workforce plan & initiate appropriate action.
  • Prepares budget and other management plan for human resources department.
  • Develop and direct the settings of performance targets & participate in business planning & strategies to ensure HR specifications meet the business objectives.


  • Achieve Recruitment of ‘A’ candidates as per business plan with optimum cost in stipulated time
  • Source and recruit ‘A’ candidates
  • Always Maintain buffer of 20%
  • Achieve 100% retention of employees
  • Manage HR department cost to 0.5% of turnover
  • Create and implement personnel and remuneration policy
  • Excellent verbal and writing skill – Marathi, English and Hindi
  • Have contacts to source ‘A’ candidates
  • Expert in both HR and commercial issues, and takes a professional approach.
  • Collaborative skills.
  • Contacts & references with recruiter and have access to talent bank to source ‘A’ candidate

Graduate in any discipline with post-graduate in HR and Industrial relations with 3-6 years
